Andover needs a lido/outside pool.

Instead of wasting money on doing the town centre, again.

Everyone would have somewhere yo have fun and benefit from a outside pool.   Other towns are joing in with these lidos, it will bring money to the town also.   Like having cade near by or small shop with things needed for lido.

Please please let's make this happen.   It would be so good for andover, hamsphire.
