Yes, I support this initiative to place chess tables in the neighbourhood 'Kanaleneiland' in Utrecht, Netherlands.  

Chess is a great activity and it connects young and old! It is fun to do and it also teaches you to think, to plan and solve problems. 

Placing these chess tables is a great addition to the chess lessons which are already given in several elementary schools of Kanaleneiland.
