Identify Ratanji Tatas birthday as a jayanti

Ratanji Tata had dedicated his whole life to this beautiful country and its people. A national hero like him are hardly born so we ought to celebrate him in every possible manner. His whole life is an inspiration and his tales have to live forever and forever inspire people. In the light of that, I'd like to raise a petition to observe his birthday as a jayanti so every generation gets to learn about him and get inspired.
