Community Petition for the Removal of Resident Tumelo

Subject: Petition for the Removal of Tumelo from Our Residence

We, the undersigned residents of Bluegum Ext1, hereby submit this petition requesting the removal of Tumelo  from our shared residence.

As a community, we no longer feel safe, comfortable, or at peace living alongside him. Despite our attempts to maintain harmony within our residence, Tumelo’s continued behavior has created an environment of fear, tension, and discomfort.

Our Concerns Include:

• Persistent disruption of peace within the residence.

• Actions and behavior that make residents feel unsafe.

• Failure to respect the shared living environment and community rules.
• Stealing and house breakings when people are not around 

These ongoing issues have made it difficult for us, as a community, to enjoy a safe and respectful place to live.

Our Request

We respectfully ask that the management/authorities take urgent steps to remove Tumelo from the residence for the well-being, safety, and peace of all other tenants.
