Trevor Mallard New Zealand speaker must step down or be fired!

Give the corrupt behavior of The speaker of the house rushing through new laws to protect himself from financial loss due to Civil litigation of defamation, he should step down from his position as Speaker and resign from Parliament. Failure to do this , this petition is asking The leader of the Labour Party to dismiss Trevor Mallard from parliament and any position he holds including further standing as an MP or electoral candidate.
